V.I. Health Authorities Clear St. Thomas Jail Following August COVID-19 Outbreak

USVI – The V.I. Department of Health (“DOH”) formally lifted the public health quarantine at the St. Thomas Jail last week. DOH put the quarantine in place following a COVID-19 outbreak at the facility in August. There has been no suspected or reported case of coronavirus at the John A. Bell Facility (a/k/a “Golden Grove”)
