ST. THOMAS, V.I. – The Virgin Islands Parole Board wishes to advise the general public that the Virgin Islands Parole Board (Board) will convene over the course of several days, beginning this month, November to hear testimonies from persons for and against inmates incarcerated at various penal institutions.
During the following days, the Parole Board will meet inmates at the Criminal Justice Complex located in St. Thomas on November 15. Then on November 18, inmates at the Golden Grove Adult Correctional Facility. All meetings will start at 8:00 a.m. and the afternoon sessions will start at 12:30. On December 2, inmates at; at the Keen Mountain Correctional Facility in Oakwood, VA; and Wallen Ridge State Prison located in Pound, VA; and on December 5 and 6 inmates at Citrus County Detention Facility, Lecanto, FL.
Those individual who will be sharing testimony on behalf of or against any inmate located at Citrus County Detention Center, Keen Mountain Correctional Center, and Wallen Ridge State Prison, the parole board will be taking their information on November 19 at Golden Grove Adult Correctional Facility in person or via telephone.
